Location / Coverage Area:
Based in Worthing, covering West Sussex, East Sussex, Brighton, and surrounding areas.
This role offers primarily local Sussex work, with occasional away work and overnight stays required.
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing a range of air conditioning systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
* Service and Maintenance
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring installations are completed efficiently and safely
* Providing excellent customer service on-site
* Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
* Proven experience in air conditioning installation
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. F-Gas certification)
* Full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent)
* Based in West Sussex, East Sussex, or within a commutable distance
* Familiarity with multiple manufacturers and system types
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and customer-facing skills
